Habtamu Ayalew, the former leader of Unity for Democracy and Justices party is still in critical condition because medical facility in Ethiopia could not help him.
All doctors and the board agreed that he must go abroad for a better medical treatment. However, the Ethiopian court held him back because he is was banned to travel out of the country because of the terrorism charges he was accused of.
Last week, the court ruled that if all the doctors signed on hid travel document, he will be allowed to. Today, Habtamu’s family presented the medical report to the court but what they get was nothing.
The court said there are no enough judges to make the decision and he must wait for an other four days.
