– Avoid looking directly at the sun, artificial light or shining objects. Direct rays of bright light can damage yours eye.
– Maintain a good distance from the computer screen sit approximately 22 to 28 inches away from it. Sitting too close or too far may increase the strain on eyes.
– Exercise to relax your eyes roll up your eyes up and down and then side to side. Rest your eyes every 20 minutes for 20sec if you are working on a computer.
– If you notice any abnormalities on your eyes then go to a health facility immediately.
